UNH Manchester Hosts H1N1 Forum
Manchester, NH – The University of New Hampshire in Manchester will host an H1N1 forum with health professionals from the Manchester Health Department. The forum, part of the University Dialogue series, will take place Monday, October 19th from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 p.m. in UNH Manchester’s third floor auditorium at 400 Commercial Street. The public is welcome to attend this free health forum.
Presenters for the forum are Philip Alexakos, MPH, REHS, Chief of Environmental Health and Emergency Response, and Susan Myers, MEd, RN, Community Health Supervisor.
Part of the university's Discovery Program, the University Dialogue is an ongoing effort to engage the community in a series of discussions and activities that explore a common theme. This year's theme is health care and the series title is “Taking Care of Self and Community.”
